	Since 2000, The MicroInsurance Centre, LLC has been working with insurers and delivery channels to develop partnerships that result in low-income people around the world gaining access to quality microinsurance products. We focus on three areas of intervention in our consulting: Product development - we work with organizations around the globe to work through the total product development process or in some cases specific parts of the process. Such microinsurance program assessment can be an important tool for product and process improvements that benefit all parties. Microinsurance research - we have produced a number of case studies on microinsurance programs and conducted national pre-feasability studies, using the lessons learned in research to aid the case study targets and others. Advocacy - we conduct trainings, speak in international and national forums, and actively participate and often lead various working groups on key topics in microinsurance. Our efforts are focused on developing win-win-win solutions for insurers, delivery channels, and the low-income market. We can help you on the road to success in microinsurance. The Microinsurance Innovation Facility and the European Development Network invite academic researchers to submit research proposals that will contribute new knowlegde to promote microinsurance in developing countries. The MicroInsurance Centre is focused on a partnership model of microinsurance provision. This site is intended to provide practical tools to assist in the success of these relationships between regulated insurers, and MFOs and banks.

The MicroInsurance Centre works closely with Microfinance Opportunities, and MicroSave, as well as with the Microinsurance Network.
